Privacy Policy

1. Guild Data

1.1 When you add Ticketly to your server, we collect and store guild information including Guild ID, Roles and Channels, this is used to build a server profile, this is done to hold commonly accessed server data as well as dashboard configuration data.

2. User/Member Data

2.1 Whenever you interact with Ticketly Services, we access your guild member data, including your User ID, Username and roles, this data is stored in relation to your tickets and/or dashboard access. This data is solely used and stored for essential operations of Ticketly

2.2 Upon closing of any ticket managed by Ticketly, all data, including message content in the individual ticket, members (specifically username, avatar, discriminator), are retrived and stored for use of ticket archives and transcripts, these are accessable by the user and server admins and will remain stored in accordance with 3.1 (Data Retention)

2.3 Upon logging into our web dashboard, we access information about servers you are a member of through Discord OAuth. This information is used to verify your permissions and determine which servers you are authorized to manage.

3. Data Retention

3.1 All data is linked to the individual guild and is retained for as long as Ticketly remains in that server. Upon removal of Ticketly from a server, guild and member data associated with that server will be permanently deleted within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for legal, security, or abuse prevention purposes.

4. How this data is shared

4.1 Ticketly does not distribute or sell collected information. Data is stored using reasonable technical and organizational security measures.

4.2 Ticketly may disclose information if required to comply with applicable laws, legal obligations, or valid legal requests.

5. Concerns or Requests for Data

5.1 Ticketly is committed to privacy, and we will assist you with concerns in data access, retention, or security as best as possible. This must be done through our Discord Support Server

5.2 To request access to data or request data removal, you must create a ticket in our Discord Support Server. These requests cannot be handled through external channels, as we verify identity through Discord to prevent unauthorized access or fraudulent requests.
